Sweden MELYON offers free shipping on all orders within Sweden, delivered by UPS in 1-2 business days.

EU For customers living within the European Union. These orders will be delivered in 2-4 business days depending on where you live. The closer you live to Sweden, the faster your products will arrive.

Rest of the world For customers living outside the European Union, This will be shipped to you within 2-4 business days. The shipping rates are not inclusive of customs and duty fees that could be charged when the package reaches the country of destination. Please note that the delivery to rural addresses can result in longer delivery times. MELYON will not refund/pay additional duties, taxes, or any additional charges, that may occur for orders outside of the European Union.

Pre-Order Shipping. Pre-order items will ship as soon as they become in stock. Where you see the product listed for Pre-order, we also state an expected in-stock date. Shipping dates will vary per product. Upon shipment, you will receive a shipping confirmation email, including shipment information. Orders containing both pre-ordered and order in-stock merchandise will be shipped separately in an effort to deliver products as quickly as possible. You will not be charged for multiple shipments.

Cancelling A Pre-Order. Depending on timing, you may be able to cancel a pre-order item by contacting our customer service team here. Please include your order number in your request.

Can I cancel or change my order? We cannot modify or cancel your order once it has been processed, as our packing and shipping is done, and we do not have the ability to intercept orders after “check out”.

How do I inquire about a return? Our goal is to help you find the products that you and your skin will love! If you have any problems with your order, please email: info@melyon.se. Please make sure to state your order number and the name of the item you wish to return. Right of withdrawal within 14 days after the customer receives their order. The order needs to be unopened for an acceptable return. 

Do you pay for shipping? 
Melyon will not refund the cost of shipping fees on your original order. Please note that you will be responsible for the return shipping fees. MELYON is not responsible for the damage or loss of any items during transit back to the MELYON office.

What happens if an order is fraudulent? If we perceive your order to be fraudulent, we will place your order on hold and email and/or call the email address and phone number you provided at checkout, asking you to confirm your order details. If we do not hear back within 2 days, we will proceed to cancel your order.

Quality and guarantee If you receive a faulty and/or damaged item, you must contact us within 7 days of receipt. MELYON’s quality guarantee only covers manufacturing defects. MELYON cannot be held responsible for defects due to failure or damage caused by improper use or carelessness (e.g. scratches on the bottle caused by sharp objects), defects and damage due to normal wear/tear and ageing.
